DISC Assessment Program
What is DISC?
We all have unique strengths and weaknesses. We think, work, and respond differently to challenges. The EntreLeadership DISC Analysis is an assessment tool that provides an accurate summary of who individuals are and how they communicate. It can also help individuals know who to hire and how to develop a stronger sense of team unity.
How Does It Work?
DISC uses a quadrant graph, placing participants somewhere within four distinct personality types.
We will administer the self analysis questionnaire either prior or during your training session. Participants will simply answer a series of questions as honestly as possible, and the results are delivered back to us in a detailed report.
Why Teams, Individuals Need DISC
The DISC Analysis will provide a picture of each participants communication style, how they work, and how they relate to others. Coworker will also understand how others operate and how they can better relate with each other. Participants will recognize their strengths and weaknesses, preferred surroundings, and how they respond to rules. Individuals will discover what causes them stress and why they respond to conflict in certain ways. Learn how to adapt to enjoy healthier relationships with others. Individuals will also grasp how they solve problems and what motivates them in order to help to increase performance and personal achievement.
This can be a standalone exercise or tied into one of our team building events to reinforce the DISC Analysis.
