AI in Practice: Hands-On Sprints and Workshops

Most teams know AI matters but aren't sure how to actually use it in their day-to-day work. This hands-on workshop cuts through the hype, gets your team building real AI tools they'll use the same week, and is customized to how your team actually works. No abstract theory, no generic demos. Your team leaves with working AI tools tuned to their real tasks, plus the shared vocabulary and confidence to keep going.

Facilitator: Linnae Selinga, former Head of Product for a workplace AI assistant, with a background in executive communications and technology adoption.

What Is it?

Every workshop can be custom-built to include your team's real work. Before we meet, we identify your team's biggest time-sinks, repetitive tasks, or biggest untapped opportunities.

During the session, we:

  • Demystify AI — what's real, what's hype, and the AI inputs that actually matter

  • Build AI tools tuned to your team's work

  • Practice using and steering them, so the skills stick long after we leave

Optional add-on: a leadership segment on rolling AI out — how adoption actually happens, and what stalls it.

Why Teams Need It

  • Move from "we should use AI" to "we use AI to augment and automate"

  • Everyone leaves with the same vocabulary and a shared, practical understanding

  • Real, reusable tools that save hours — not a one-time demo they forget

  • Less anxiety and resistance: AI becomes a tool the team owns, not a threat

  • A foundation to build on, customized to your industry and workflows

Topics Can Include:

  • AI fundamentals: real vs. hype

  • How to make AI sound like you/your brand and not AI slop

  • Drafting proposals based on your most successful ones

  • Writing once, tuning for multiple audiences, ex: exec, customer, and team

  • Training sales objection handling

  • Turning information overload into clear, usable briefs

  • Leading AI adoption and change

  • Bring your ideas!
