DiSC Assessment Program

What is DiSC?

We all have unique strengths and weaknesses. We think, work, and respond differently to challenges. The Everything DiSC Analysis is an assessment tool that provides an accurate summary of who individuals are and how they communicate. It can also help individuals know who to hire and how to develop a stronger sense of team unity.

 

How Does It Work?

DiSC uses a quadrant graph, placing participants somewhere within four distinct personality types:

(D) Dominance: Direct and forceful. Overcomes opposition to win.

(I) Influence: Sociable and lively. Shapes the environment through persuasion.

(S) Steadiness: Calm and cooperative. Works within present conditions to complete tasks.

(C) Conscientiousness: Private and detailed. Focused on quality and accuracy.

 

We will administer the self analysis questionnaire either prior or during your training session. Participants will simply answer a series of questions as honestly as possible, and the results are delivered back to us in a detailed report.

 

Why Teams, Individuals Need DiSC

The DiSC Analysis will provide a picture of each participants communication style, how they work, and how they relate to others. Coworker will also understand how others operate and how they can better relate with each other. Participants will recognize their strengths and weaknesses, preferred surroundings, and how they respond to rules. Individuals will discover what causes them stress and why they respond to conflict in certain ways. Learn how to adapt to enjoy healthier relationships with others. Individuals will also grasp how they solve problems and what motivates them in order to help to increase performance and personal achievement.

Basic Project Management Training

What is Basic Project Management Training?

Most organizations struggle to implement change. Senior management sets budgets and timelines but doesn't provide the structure teams need to deliver results. Projects stall, budgets balloon, and companies fall behind.

 

Effective project management training gives your team the framework to focus efforts, implement change successfully, and deliver projects on time and within budget.

 

How Does It Work?

Led by Dennis Carignan, PMP—a certified Project Management Professional with 31+ years of experience. This 1-3 hour session covers the five critical project steps:

(1) Initiation: Define the project and get stakeholder buy-in
(2) Planning: Create roadmap, timeline, and resource allocation
(3) Execution: Coordinate people and resources to carry out the plan
(4) Monitoring & Controlling: Track progress and manage changes
(5) Closing: Complete deliverables and document lessons learned

Training includes hands-on case study exercises and practical tools you can use immediately. Can be delivered at your location or at our Game Show Face Off venue—where we can run the course as an interactive game show with focused lectures followed by team competitions for correct answers, complete with prizes for top performers.

Project management training provides the concrete steps to successfully complete projects and the knowledge bases to make those steps happen.
